Lee Levine
Lee Levine has recorded chamber music for the Gasparo Label, orchestral music for Naxos and Decca, and commercial and Christian music for many of Nashville’s top producers. She earned a performance degree at Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, two fellowships to Boston Symphony’s Tanglewood Music Center (where she won the Cabot Prize for Outstanding Instrumentalist), and two Nashville Music Award nominations for Outstanding Instrumentalist. Her 30-year orchestral career included positions as principal clarinetist with the Bogota Philharmonic, the National Repertory Orchestra, and the Nashville Symphony. She continues to be an active chamber musician, recording musician, and arts advocate.
