randy_poole_nashville_studio_orchestraRandy Poole is an independent engineer who got his start engineering in Detroit in 1985. Working with many great artists from several musical genres from Rock to Jazz to R & B. In 1995 he moved to Nashville and built his first home mix room in 2001. Over the past few years he has become a regular contributer to Pro Sound News and Pro Audio Review. He has served on the AES Nashville committee for 9 years. The spring of ’08 saw the opening of The Poole Room a full tacking and mixing facility located in Franklin, TN.

Doug Sarrett is a Nashville-based Independent Audio Engineer and Co-Owner of a pro audio equipment rental company called Gear for Days.  He came to Nashville, graduated from Belmont University, and has worked steadily in Nashville recording industry for over 20 years. He has recorded such artists as Tanya Tucker, Bruce Springsteen, Rich Mullins, Point of Grace and Smokie Norful.  Doug is also Co-Owner of an over-dub and mix studio called  Uno Mas Studio in Brentwood, TN.

He has been married to his wife, Eve, for 23 years and they have a 20-year-old son, Cam and 18-year-old daughter, McCall.

Nick Sparks moved to Nashville in 1992 after completing a bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship from Baylor Univ. Nick continued his education at Belmont Univ. earning a degree in Music Business and receiving an internship to the highly sought after Emerald Sound Studio. The internship grew into the studio managers position. Nick’s large client base allowed him to build his own studio in 1996, Eclectic Productions. Eclectic moved to its current location in 2002.

Nick’s musical background has allowed him to become known for his skill at recording horns and strings. His vast computer knowledge makes Pro Tools editing quick and easy. Album credits are too lengthy to list here.
